postage is included in the prices shown. The extra charge
for postage and packing to Europe or the 'Rest of the World'
is shown on the order form.

Delivery
in the UK is normally by Royal Mail post.

take payments on-line by "paypal".

only accept payments by cheque from a UK bank - made payable
to G. Lowe.

In
the event of the wrong item being supplied, or the item
proving faulty, we will happily exchange or refund in full.

you wish to return any goods to us for either exchange or
refund, you must do so within 10 days of receipt of the
goods.

Any
goods returned must be unused and still in the original
packaging, unopened. The vacuum bags are packed in such a
way that you can see if they are correct without having to
open the packaging.

cost of the return is borne by the person returning the
goods. The goods are the responsibility of the person
returning them until safely received by us. We recommend the
use of a recorded delivery service.

cannot offer refunds on items correctly supplied by us, or
returned in damaged packaging.
